City of Santa Rosa
The City of Santa Rosa recently selected Archumana to design the renovation of the former WestAmerica Bank building at the northwest corner of 1st and D Streets, across from City Hall. The vacated building will be utilized to augment limited existing City office space. Archumana will work with the City to not only bring the building up to current code standards but, in the process, also enhance the productivity of the work environment and, utilizing sustainable strategies, increase the efficiency of the building's mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Green Building Award
Casa Grande Senior Housing has won the 2009 Governor's Environmental and Economic Leadership Award. This annual award, bestowed by Governor Schwarzenegger is "California’s most prestigious environmental honor, given only to Californians who exemplify exceptional leadership for protecting and enhancing the environment while at the same time promoting economic growth."
Our client, PEP Housing, was also named a National Green Building Award Finalist by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for Casa Grande Senior Apartments. The project received a score of 103 points, more than double the points needed to earn a Petaluma Build It Green certificate.

North River Landing
Working closely with the locally based project developer, Archumana successfully procured City of Petaluma planning entitlements to allow the construction of this exciting, four lot, mixed-use development along the Petaluma River.
